  • Your photo must clearly show:
    • The entire snapper from nose to tail

📸 Mandatory Video Evidence for 80 cm+

Any potential winning snapper (80 cm+) must be verified with video:

  • Show the fish alive and handled safely.
  • Lay the fish on the mat with the code in one continuous clip.
  • Ensure the code is clear and readable.

⚠️ Blurry or incomplete footage will be disqualified.

Remembering the Tea Tree Snapper Competition

Many Victorian anglers fondly remember the legendary Tea Tree Snapper Competition. The Two Bays Snapper Challenge keeps that spirit alive — a modern spring comp across Port Phillip Bay and Westernport that brings the community together around big red snapper.

If you enjoyed Tea Tree, you’ll feel right at home in the Two Bays Challenge.
